Marriage and Family Therapist & Psychedelic Integration Coach
My strength lies in helping people find meaning and purpose in their lives by being their authentic selves. I assist my clients in working through their challenges and digging into the core of who they are. By fostering a deep sense of connection with themselves, I aim to help my clients gain clarity, direction, hope, and healing.
I work with individuals who have endured a variety of life challenges. Many of my clients have struggled with trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, or mood instability. I also support individuals struggling with body image issues, such as Body Dysmorphic Disorder.
In my practice, I integrate Eastern philosophy with Western Psychology. I incorporate elements of Reiki, energy healing, and trauma-informed yoga into my work. Building a foundation of self-compassion is central to my approach, helping my clients foster self-worth and self-acceptance, which empowers them to develop the confidence to pursue the life they dream of. I believe that anyone can rewrite their story from a place of empowerment, growth, and healing.
To enhance my expertise in psychedelic integration, especially in using Ibogaine as a tool for helping people combat their addictions amidst their traumatic experiences, I took a course at Fluence where I am now a Certified Psilocybin Assisted Therapist. This education has deeply enriched my ability to support my clients through their preparation and integration process, ensuring that they receive the most compassionate and informed care possible.
I received my training from Palo Alto University, … Read More
